The Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority prides itself on providing high-level support to meeting planners and attendees, from planning to execution.

Carol Creekman, National Sales Manager (DC, NC, SC, GA, FL markets)
Carol has worked at the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority for the past 10 years and in the Reno hospitality community for more than 16 years. She has worked for the Reno Hilton and Harrah’s in a variety of roles from sales coordinator to national sales manager and currently specializes in association business with a focus on the Washington DC marketplace. Carol is a member of MPI, PCMA, ASAE and takes great pride in her involvement with the local hospitality community acting as a key liason to our hotel partners.

Robyn Nichols, National Sales Manager (SMERF market)
Robyn has worked in the Reno hospitality industry for more than 30 years and the past five years have been with the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority. Robyn’s career has spanned from hotel management to her current role where she specializes in the SMERF market comprised of Social, Military, Ethnic (Diversity), Religious, Fraternal, Sports and Hobby. She is a member of IAHMP, NASC, RCMA, IAEM and personally participates with the local military veteran community.

Tanna McTee, National Sales Manager (IL, IN, KY, TN, AL, AR, MS, LA markets)
Tanna has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and with the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority for the past four and a half years. She has worked in the destination management industry for over 12 years with a focus on association and corporate convention business. Tanna is a member of MPI, PCMA and a board member for the local chapter of the Girl Scouts of America.
